Position Summary
We’re seeking a part-time motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Westborough, MA office. This role would serve as the primary recruiter for our U.S. and Canadian office locations and will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding. This is a part-time, 6-month contract position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Support strategies that effectively manage the full cycle talent management process to attract, hire, compensate, onboard, and develop top talent.
- Establish effective sourcing network and strategies to attract robust and diverse candidate pools, and building talent pipelines, including partnering with recruiting agencies where necessary.
- Identify recruiting trends and programs/tools to promote employer branding and strong employee-focused culture.
- Work with hiring manager and local HR team on recruiting processes, documentation and best practices.
- Maintain and maximize ATS and other candidate sourcing systems; develop and update job descriptions and post positions.
- Screen resumes/candidates and coordinate interviews; engage candidates through robust and thorough communication.
- Process assessments, job offer packages and background screenings.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local colleges; attend college career fairs.
- Utilize compensation benchmark systems to ensure competitive salary offerings/pay structure.
- Support execution of high impact new hire onboarding program including conducting new employee orientation with US hires.
- Compile and track recruiting data and trends; develop talent management reports.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality while delivering exceptional HR service to employees and clients.
Experience Required
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field and at least 2 years of experience in recruiting
- 2+ years of proactively sourcing active and passive candidates to build and maintain candidate pipeline
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Proven ability to maintain and respect confidentiality; demonstrate strength of character and ethics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team across all levels in the organization.
- Must have strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, or other recruiting tools/systems
- Knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and external labor market conditions
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and generate reports
Preferred Experience
- Experience in sourcing technical/manufacturing candidates
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors HCM and/or ADP Workforce Now
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Excel, Planner, etc.
- Previous experience creating compelling job descriptions while promoting the company’s culture and values
Work Environment
This position is an on-site role, with one flex day per week of remote work.

Compensation Data
Pay range for this role is $36.50/hour to $40.50/hour. The pay range listed is based on market data and internal benchmarks. Actual compensation may vary depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
