Position Summary

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will be instrumental in shaping the commercial success and growth trajectory of our power electronics portfolio. This role combines strong marketing fundamentals with enough technical understanding to collaborate effectively across R&D, engineering, sales, and business development teams. The PMM will lead go-to-market strategies, demand generation, and product roadmap definition to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.

The ideal candidate is passionate about driving growth through clear messaging, market insight, and customer engagement, with a keen interest in compute (data centers, servers), mobility (e-mobility, automotive), and robotics applications.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Own and execute product marketing strategy and roadmap for assigned products (AC/DC, DC/DC converters, power modules, and subsystems).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with market demand and customer needs.
  • Conduct market segmentation, competitive analysis, and customer profiling to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Develop compelling, differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonate with diverse customer audiences.
  • Drive product launches with integrated marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, sales enablement, and channel support to maximize revenue.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives to build pipeline and accelerate adoption in target markets.
  • Gather and synthesize customer insights through Voice of Customer (VoC) programs to continuously refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
  • Partner with sales and business development teams to support key accounts and strategic customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and product performance to inform ongoing marketing and product decisions.
  • Provide training and resources to sales, field engineers, and distribution partners to enhance customer engagement and market success.
  • Collaborate globally to maintain alignment across product development, marketing, and sales functions.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience with a focus on technology or electronics products, ideally with exposure to compute, mobility, or robotics markets.
  • Strong marketing fundamentals with proven experience in demand generation, go-to-market planning, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Experience conducting market analysis, segmentation, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Familiarity with Voice of Customer programs and customer engagement best practices.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
     

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of power conversion technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with sales teams, field application engineers, and distribution partners.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or technical master’s) is a bonus.

Work Environment

This position is an on-site role, with 1 flex day per week of remote work.

Compensation Data

The salary range for this position is $140,000/year - $156,000/year. The salary range listed is based on market data and internal benchmarks. Actual compensation may vary depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
