Position Summary

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the product strategy and commercial success of our power electronics portfolio. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in power conversion and electronics with strong business acumen. The PMM will work cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, sales, distribution partners, and business development teams to specify new products for the roadmap, develop go-to-market strategies, and accelerate revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of application areas including compute (data centers, servers), mobility (e-mobility, automotive), and robotics, and possess the ability to translate complex technical features into compelling value propositions for customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product marketing strategy and roadmap for assigned power electronics products, including DC/DC converters, power modules, and related subsystems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to specify new products that align with market needs, customer requirements, and emerging trends in compute, mobility, and robotics sectors.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and business cases that clearly articulate technical differentiators and commercial benefits.
  • Drive product launches, including pricing strategy, sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and channel support to maximize commercial revenue.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by gathering and synthesizing customer feedback, conducting Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, and ensuring products meet or exceed market expectations.
  • Partner closely with sales and business development teams to support key accounts, engineer-to-engineer engagements, and strategic customer relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and competitive activity to inform continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide training and technical support to sales teams, field application engineers (FAEs), and distribution partners to enhance customer engagement and technical credibility.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment across product development, marketing, and sales functions.
     

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in the power electronics industry, preferably with exposure to compute, mobility (e.g., e-Mobility), and robotics markets.
  • Strong technical understanding of power conversion technologies, including DC/DC converters, power modules, and related systems.
  • Proven experience in defining product roadmaps and translating market/customer needs into product specifications.
  • Demonstrated success driving commercial revenue growth through strategic product marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform market sizing, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, customer engagement, and engineer-to-engineer communication.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to power electronics is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% internationally. 

Preffered Skills:

  • Familiarity with embedded systems, multi-source supply strategies, and emerging form factors in power electronics.
  • Understanding of the ecosystem around robotics, autonomous systems, and electric vehicles.
  • Hands-on experience working with field application engineers (FAEs) and sales teams.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced degree in a business or technology discipline.
     

Work Environment

This position is an on-site role, with 1 flex day per week of remote work.

Compensation Data

The salary range for this position is $140,000/year - $156,000/year. The salary range listed is based on market data and internal benchmarks. Actual compensation may vary depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
